Spice up your taste buds. Think outside the box, the first IRON CUPCAKE:EARTH challenge is CHILI PEPPER. Develop a cupcake using ANY of the over 100 kinds of chili pepper available, dried or fresh. Use them in your cake, your frosting, your filling or all of the above. Be creative, and, oh yeah...it SHOULD taste good as well.
